As the designer, I developed a visual identity that reflects this sense of curation and clarity while supporting a content-rich digital experience. The goal was to create a system that feels editorial and refined, balancing structure with warmth to make browsing feel effortless and engaging.
By blending retro design with modern simplicity, we created an email experience that feels both timeless and relevant.
The design draws inspiration from the early days of the web, using nostalgic elements like Unicode icons (the original emojis), classic typefaces like Helvetica and Times New Roman, and a subtle grainy texture. These minimalist touches evoke a sense of familiarity while keeping the experience fresh and engaging.
